Instructions:

2. Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1 cup granola
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (such as berries, banana slices, or diced mango)

Instructions:
- Layer Ingredients: In serving glasses or bowls, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
- Add Granola: Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt (about 1/4 cup).

Instructions:
- Cook Shells: Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
